Humanitarian Visas
We provide assistance with Onshore and Offshore Humanitarian Visas.
Onshore: Applicants must be in Australia to apply.
The Subclass 866 Protection Visa is a part of Australia's humanitarian program, providing safety to individuals seeking refuge within Australia. To qualify, the applicant must face a real chance of significant harm or persecution in their home country.
Australia, committed to upholding international human rights standards, has also ratified conventions related to complementary protection. Specifically, Australia adheres to the principles outlined in the United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT) and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR). This commitment is reflected in the Subclass 866 Protection Visa, ensuring individuals are protected against torture or other forms of serious harm.
